GO consultores trained its staff for ITIL Foundation, taught by New Horizon. This entity is a worldwide leader on information technologies training, in its bid for staying ahead of quality services it provides in the area of software solutions.
The training was provided by New Horizons Costa Rica, a part of New Horizon Corporate franchise. This course was developed within the framework of Services Management processes of Software Solutions, which includes an array of better practices through the necessary processes to manage the TI area effectively.
An intense program of five days allowed us to deepen into aspects related to the service strategy, design and transition as well as steady business improvement on topics related to the quality cycle, the model and CSI processes.( Continued Service Improvement)
Strengthening the Service Desk
The obtained legitimation through passing a certificated test is particularly important for a company like ours since in GO Consultores we offer our Central American clients TI services which contribute to optimize benefits and guarantee the service integration into the chain value of the business units.

The Go Consultores service desk is used for solving the need of receiving calls from the user areas and attend its requests, register in the respective tools the queries and incidents occurred in the software.
Among others services, it allows to make analysis and provides maintenance for low impact requests, documentation revision and validation, scripts, deployments in any change of software, closing and normalization of all the changes and emergency requests.
